- About Me -
My name is Sara and I am a Clinical Reflexologist based in Henley in Arden.
I trained at the Three Shires School of Reflexology and am a member of both Professional Reflexologists and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
I am one of life’s lucky people. Yes, I have had some fabulously tricky life changing curve balls thrown at me over the years. However, these I am now grateful for and see as invaluable lessons which have enabled my growth and made me, me. Mostly they taught appreciation of all that surrounds me, including the love and support of beautiful family and friends. Best of all it is free!
What makes me happy… sunshine, cold crisp winter mornings, bright red hues of autumn leaves, church bells, the smell of freshly lawned grass, children’s laughter, spending time with loved ones and most of all putting a smile on others faces.
I have three wonderful children and a granddaughter who are my world and who make my heart squeak every day.
I am fortunate to have lived a full and varied life, I’ve seen a lot of the world and have many passions. Colourful careers: formally, a jewellery designer, support and educator of children, a tutor for children’s arts and crafts and latterly, ready for a new challenge and sparked by my lifelong interest in holistic treatments and natural medicines, I retrained as a clinical reflexologist. This to date is the most rewarding work and I am always overwhelmed and excited by the powerful effect of relaxation and wellbeing this treatment achieves.
I have always thought of myself as a Jack of all trades and a master of none. Often I wished I had become a master of a single field, but now I realise that I can utilise the skills and knowledge attained, interlinking them, using them all in my work. They compliment each other beautifully.
Out of this, the mindful mouse is born....Once again grateful, this time, that I am not a master but a plain old Jack which is far more beneficial, interesting, varied and rewarding.
